Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GrandLine Solutions (“GrandLine”, “we”, “us”) is a full-stack development firm. These terms govern your use of grandline.solutions, including the public website, the work-request form, and the invite-only client portal (together, the “Service”).

2. Accounts & the client portal

Portal accounts are created by GrandLine by invitation only. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

3. Work requests and engagements

Submitting a work request or portal intake does not by itself create a contract for services. Engagements are formed only by a written agreement (including contracts executed through the portal's e-signature flow). Each engagement's terms govern that engagement; these terms govern the platform itself.

4. Electronic signatures

The portal allows contracts to be executed electronically. By signing with your typed full name and confirming consent, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding to the same extent as an ink signature. We record the signing timestamp, network address, browser identifier, and a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of the document at the moment of signing.

5. Your content

Materials you submit (requirements, documents, brand assets) remain yours. You grant us a license to use them solely to evaluate and deliver the engagement. You are responsible for having the rights to share what you upload.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client business information submitted through the Service as confidential and use it only for the engagement. Formal confidentiality obligations, where required, are set out in the engagement agreement.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access attempts, no uploading of unlawful content or malware, no interference with other clients' data, and no use of the platform to send spam.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrandLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability related to a specific engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
